RFQ Details

2.25" x 3.5", open end with thumb cut out at open end to facilitate removal of end-user content. Color options: (1) PMS Ink, (2) PMS Ink, and 4 color process. Inside pocket shall be same color as tyvek. Inside of sleeves is to have a surfacce that will not abrade other printed materials inserted within by end-users. imprint appears on front and back faces. Non-smear ink;dye/process to be used for imprints. Tyvek shall be approx. 14#. Permenant sealed seams. Hot stamped imprint or screen printing are the preferred c hoice for the decorating process. Packaging: sleeves shall be shrink wrapped or banded in 1000 quantities and packaged in cartons weighing less than 35 pounds with description labels on at least two sides of each box.
